To pay online:

1. Log onto www.professionalcharges.com (link opens a new browser window).
2. Click on the “Make a Payment” button.
3. Complete the Payment Form. You will need to enter the Tax ID Number for
   Lakeview Counseling, which is 383269851.
   
4. Charges will appear on your credit card statement as ProfessionalCharges.com
